We would like everyone to have the option to be able to train multiple times per week with a structured program and guidance in their nutrition to become everyday fit and strong.
Here is where our semi-private personal training sessions are exactly what you are looking for. With a maximum of 4 people with 1 trainer, you will get the personal attention that you are after. Also the guidance and support you need to take your body to the next level.
Never lifted weights before?
You don't need to worry. We put everyone through a number of different progressions to make sure your body is moving correctly and make sure you build proper strength and conditioning in your muscles. Once you pass all progressions you will have a strength and conditioning test and from that you will start your program.
Our programs are designed for the everyday person wanting to become fitter and healthier. We cater for everyone and anyone that has the same goal in mind.
