We would like everyone to have the option to be able to train multiple times per week with a structured strength program and guidance in their nutrition.  

Here is where our semi-private personal training sessions are exactly what you are looking for.  With a maximum of 4 people with 1 trainer, you will get the personal attention that you are after.  Also the guidance and support you need to take your body to the next level.  

Never lifted weights before?

You don't need to worry.  We put everyone through a number of different progressions to make sure your body is moving correctly and make sure you build proper strength and conditioning in your muscles.  Once you pass all progressions you will have a strength and conditioning test and from that you will start your program.  

 

Below is the timetable for all the semi-private personal training sessions.
